Executive to join our EXIM department in Ahmedabad (SG Highway).

🔸 CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage & monitor all export/import shipments efficiently.

🔹 Plan and supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation.

🔹 Handle EXIM document processing and banking formalities.

🔹 Ensure compliance with laws, ISO standards, and DGFT regulations.

🔹 Process LC (Letter of Credit) applications and track import limits.

🔹 Coordinate with Customs, CHA, Transporters, Banks, and Plant Team.

🔹 Liaison with shipping forwarders & shipping lines for better freight rates.

🔹 Monitor Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU) & manage shipping procedures.

🔹 Ensure proper documentation, including Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Invoices, Packing List, and Insurance Policies.

🔹 Handle EBRC closure, LC administration, and government licensing compliance.

🔹 Keep track of government policies related to EXIM, FTAs, MEIS, and Duty Drawbacks.

🔹 Analyze costing for import shipments and coordinate inspections for damaged goods.

🔹 File insurance claims for transit damages and obtain short lading certificates.
