Job Description

Research and solicit maintain new accounts Export Manager For Agrochemical/Commodity Products
Achieve sales levels to budget requirements
Work with management to help provide press releases to support the market, plan and co-ordinate trade shows, exhibitions and distributor events
Prepare accurate monthly reports
Monitor international sales trends and country sales performance
Recommend product pricing for each export market
Propose and manage export agency arrangements
Build good working relationships at all levels within the customer organization
Manage resources to achieve committed timescales for orders and ensure customer requirements are being met
Ensure customer satisfaction meet or exceed company targets
Prepare annual budget and marketing and sales plan for export
Conduct performance appraisals for staff as required
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
Perform any other duties as required by the job function.
