Job Description
Job Title: Facility & Operations Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Facility & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day office and facility operations. The role includes housekeeping supervision, basic purchases, vendor coordination, customer handling, and solving daily operational issues. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards • Manage basic purchases such as pantry items, stationery, and housekeeping material • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and other services • Handle customer/occupant complaints and ensure timely resolution • Maintain complaint records and follow up until closure • Handle day-to-day operational and facility-related issues • Prepare basic daily or monthly reports Required Skills: • Experience in housekeeping and facility operations • Good customer handling and communication skills • Vendor coordination and basic purchase management • Problem-solving mindset and ownership of work • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email Preferred Background: • Experience in office buildings, coworking spaces, commercial or residential facilities
