Job Overview:

We are hiring hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to support manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in production processes, handling materials, and ensuring smooth factory workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily manufacturing and production activities
• Operate basic machines and tools (training will be provided)
• Handle loading/unloading of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform physical work
• Basic understanding of factory operations (not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Discipline and punctuality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or below
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• No English requirement
