Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to generate leads and promote the company’s products/services through direct field activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and collecting relevant customer information to support sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, events, and direct interactions.
• Explain company products/services to prospective clients.
• Collect customer details and maintain accurate records.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on leads generated and field activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Prior field sales or marketing experience is a plus.
