• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote company products.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market visits and networking.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and client support.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business).
• Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or marketing.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred (due to field role).
• Age: 20–32 years preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in meeting and convincing new clients
• Good understanding of B2B sales process
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
