Job Description

Job Title -Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales in assigned territories. The role involves direct interaction with customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face meetings.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain products to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights
  • Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service)
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in field sales or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license (if required)
