*FOR PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE


Candidate is responsible for sales process for the construction or building materials industry, focusing on client engagement from site visits to order closure. These steps emphasize proactive fieldwork, relationship-building, and promotion to drive business growth. Implementing them systematically can generate leads and revenue effectively.


## Site Visits

Site visits to architects and builder offices allow direct assessment of project needs and on-site demonstrations. During these, gather details on timelines, specifications, and decision-makers to tailor pitches. Follow up immediately with notes on observed pain points for personalized follow-ups [2][4].


## Industry Engagement

Industries visits combined with sales promotion involve attending trade events, exhibitions, or factory tours to showcase products. Distribute samples, brochures, and case studies while networking with influencers. Track interactions in a CRM for nurturing leads [1][3].


## Lead Generation

Enquiry generation requires collecting customer details like project scope, budget, and contacts via forms or discussions. Qualify leads by asking about urgency and competition. Aim for detailed profiles to prioritize high-potential opportunities [10].


## Offers and Submission

Prepare offers by customizing proposals with pricing, specs, timelines, and value propositions based on site insights. Submit professionally via email or portal, including visuals and testimonials. Set clear next steps for response [2].


## Negotiation to Order

Negotiate by addressing objections, offering incentives like discounts or flexible terms, and emphasizing ROI. Use data from prior steps to build trust and close deals. Secure orders with signed contracts and confirm delivery logistics [4].


## Promotion Strategies

Business promotion activities include social media ads, sponsorships, partnerships, and events to boost visibility. Tailor to architects and builders, such as webinars or joint promotions with complementary firms. Measure success via lead volume and conversion rates.



*FOR TRADING SALES EXECUTIVE*

The Field Sales Executive will be the company’s primary face in the market for **pump dealers, water‑treatment dealers, and hot‑water OEMs**. You will build and maintain dealer/OEM relationships, capture high‑quality enquiries, convert opportunities through timely offers and follow‑ups, and support logistics until delivery. The role requires strong commercial acumen, territory planning, and hands‑on market research to identify new growth areas.


### Core responsibilities (descriptive)

- **Dealer & OEM Engagement:** Conduct regular visits to **pump dealers, water‑treatment dealers, and hot‑water OEMs** to present products, demonstrate features, negotiate stocking terms, and secure commitments. Record meeting outcomes and next steps after every visit.  

- **Enquiry Generation & Capture:** Proactively generate enquiries from dealers and end customers; capture **complete enquiry details** (customer, contact, product/model, quantity, timeline, budget, source) and assign unique enquiry IDs for tracking.  

- **Market Survey & Feedback:** Run structured market surveys to collect **demand signals, competitor activity, pricing intelligence, and customer pain points**; convert insights into actionable recommendations for product, pricing, and service improvements.  

- **Offer Preparation & Follow‑up:** Prepare accurate quotations and proposals aligned with pricing policy; submit offers promptly and manage a disciplined follow‑up cadence to move prospects through negotiation to closure.  

- **Dispatch & Delivery Follow‑up:** Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch; track shipments, confirm delivery, and resolve transit or delivery issues until customer acceptance.  

- **New Area Development:** Map and prioritise new territories; identify and onboard potential dealers, plan introductory campaigns, and execute first‑wave demos to establish presence.  

- **Demand Assessment & Promotion:** Monitor **product demand trends** in the territory; run mailers, dealer promotions, and local marketing activities to stimulate leads and increase brand visibility.  

- **Market Research & Updates:** Maintain a rolling market‑update log and share weekly/monthly insights with sales and product teams to inform strategy and inventory planning.
