Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence by developing new customers and strengthening relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. The role involves regular field visits, order generation, market intelligence, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, distributors, schools, and institutional clients to promote Crio Toys products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders
• Present product catalogs, schemes, and offers effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements
• Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records
• Participate in exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities
