Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the AV/ELV industry. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, references, and networking
- Meet potential clients (corporate, builders, government, and commercial clients)
- Present company products/services (AV, ELV, CCTV, Automation solutions)
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Requirements:1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales (preferably AV, ELV, Electrical, or Technical industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings
- Basic technical understanding of AV/ELV systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Must have own vehicle (preferred)
- Qualification:Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based
- Travel Allowance: As per company policy
