Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence by developing new customers and strengthening relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. The role involves regular field visits, order generation, market intelligence, and achieving sales targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed B2B sales targets across multiple channels
• Develop new business with distributors, retailers, OEMs, and online platforms
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams on B2B campaigns and promotions
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and online marketplaces
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback to ensure high client satisfaction
