Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
• Meet potential and existing customers to present products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
