Job Title: Field sales Manager (B2B)

Salary: Up to ₹30k to 45k per month

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, source, and secure new, long-term pest control and prevention business opportunities. This includes generating leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and building relationships with relevant entities like real estate developers or property managers.
• Sales Activities: Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and risks. Deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations, highlighting how solutions solve customer problems.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction to ensure client retention.
• Negotiation & Closure: Quote prices, negotiate contracts and terms, and obtain customer consent to schedule treatments, aiming to maximize conversion of inquiries into orders and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline in CRM tools. Prepare reports of business transactions and expenses. 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in field sales is required, with previous experience in pest control, facilities services, or a related industry being highly advantageous.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, a proven track record of hunting and closing new business, and highly motivated and self-driven.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pest control products, services, treatment methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations .
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales software/tools is essential.
• Mobility: The ability to travel to client sites is often a core requirement, possibly requiring a personal vehicle.

• Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience.
