Field Technician

Role Summary:

Responsible for conducting on-site concrete quality tests, monitoring RMC delivery, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field tests on fresh concrete (slump, temperature, cube casting, etc.).
• Inspect material quality and monitor batching/production at the RMC plant.
• Coordinate with site engineers, batching plant operators, and transit mixer drivers.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of concrete at site.
• Prepare daily test reports, pour records, and maintain documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to IS/ASTM standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6months – 3 years of experience in RMC/concrete testing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of field testing equipment and QA/QC procedures.
