Assembly & Installation: Fit and assemble metal parts and sub-assemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering blueprints to determine assembly sequences and dimensions.

Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose faults in mechanical systems and perform proactive or emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

Precision Machining: Use hand tools and power tools (drills, grinders, lathes, etc.) to shape, file, and finish components to exact specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
