Front Office Executive

• RMA Processing: Handling the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization process, including issuing RMA numbers, receiving, and processing returned goods.
• Customer Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for clients initiating returns, providing instructions, and resolving issues related to damaged or wrong products.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, documenting inspection results, and updating inventory records.
• Coordination: Working with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and service engineers to expedite repair or replacement processes.
• Inventory Control: Managing spare parts inventory, monitoring "dead on arrival" (DOA) stock, and preparing materials for auditing. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally requires 0-1years of experience in logistics, front office management, or customer support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems or Logistics Management Software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (local language + English) and problem-solving skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is typically required.
