Game Designer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable 3D Modeler & Game Asset Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in creating optimized, high-quality game assets and a strong understanding of the game asset pipeline. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of communicating professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models for game environments, props, characters, and accessories

Perform proper UV unwrapping and create clean, optimized UV layouts

Create and apply professional textures using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools

Optimize models for game engines while maintaining visual quality

Rig and animate models when required

Export and prepare assets compatible with game engines such as Roblox Studio or Unity

Follow project requirements, art style, and technical limitations

Communicate with clients clearly and professionally in English

Provide regular progress updates and maintain transparency throughout the project

Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Blender
• Good knowledge of game asset creation workflow
• Experience with UV mapping and texture creation
• Experience using Substance Painter and Photoshop for texturing
• Basic to intermediate animation and rigging skills
• Understanding of topology optimization and low-poly / game-ready modeling
• Knowledge of PBR textures and material setup
• Ability to follow references accurately

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

• Experience creating assets specifically for Roblox or unreal engine and more
• Knowledge of baking maps (normal, AO, roughness, metallic, etc.)
• Understanding of scale, proportions, and asset optimization for performance
• Experience with modular asset creation
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Basic understanding of lighting and presentation for showcasing assets
