Job Summary

Hackberry Softech is seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building, customising, and automating CRM systems using the GoHighLevel platform. The candidate will be responsible for funnel creation, workflow automation, pipeline setup, integrations, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sales funnels, landing pages, and websites in GoHighLevel.
• Create and manage workflows, triggers, and automation sequences.
• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, opportunities, and contacts.
• Configure email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation.
• Integrate third-party tools using Zapier, Webhooks, APIs.
• Manage calendars, forms, surveys, and appointment systems.
• Troubleshoot GHL issues and optimise account performance.
• Import/export and manage CRM data.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign setup.
• Maintain documentation and provide user support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
• Experience in funnels, websites, and landing pages creation.
• Knowledge of workflows, triggers, and automation in GHL.
• Experience with email & SMS marketing setup.
• Integration knowledge using Zapier, Webhooks, APIs.
• Understanding of CRM pipelines and lead management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for customisation.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Google Ads integration with GHL.
• Experience in snapshot creation and account setup.
• Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing.
• Familiarity with SaaS mode in GoHighLevel.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
