Graphic Designer

As a Digital Content Creator at Solar Smart Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for planning, creating, designing, publishing, and optimizing content across our digital channels. You will play a key role in communicating technical solar concepts through engaging visual and written formats that align with our brand values — professionalism, sustainability, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Visual Design

• Develop original content (text + visual) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, company website, and email newsletters.
• Create graphics, carousels, reels, banners, and infographics tailored to the solar energy sector.
• Edit short videos for use in Stories, Reels, and promotional campaigns.

2. Content Calendar & Campaign Planning

• Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with solar campaigns, seasonal trends, government schemes, and internal updates.
• Plan around awareness days, industry milestones, and project highlights.

3. Platform-Specific Content Adaptation

• Customize content format and messaging for each platform (e.g., LinkedIn carousels vs. Instagram Reels).
• Use appropriate captions, keywords, hashtags, and geotags to improve content visibility.

4. Branding & Messaging Consistency

• Ensure all content maintains Solar Smart’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand consistency.
• Uphold a clean, trustworthy, and modern design aesthetic.

5. SEO & Content Optimization

• Optimize website content, blog posts, and social media for SEO using keywords, alt text, and structured layouts.
• Improve digital discoverability through strategic content practices.

6. Creative Collaboration & Brief Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver targeted content.
• Translate campaign goals into visually compelling and high-impact assets.

7. Content Publishing & Management

• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms, and LinkedIn publishing tools.
• Review formatting and ensure all content is error-free before publishing.

8. Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Apply insights to enhance future content and improve ROI.
