About the role

Adctrogen IT is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to develop high‑quality visual assets across digital channels. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design fundamentals, brand consistency, and timely delivery, collaborating closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations.
• Develop brand collaterals: static/animated graphics, infographics, banners, and digital ads.
• Edit short-form promotional videos/reels aligned to campaign goals.
• Translate briefs into concepts, iterate based on feedback, and deliver on deadlines.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and visual standards.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and coordinate with stakeholders for deployment.
• Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and performance insights.

Required qualifications and skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, layout, and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva; basic video editing competency.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred skills

• Experience in UI/UX or web design.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Illustrator (in addition to Photoshop/Canva).
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and marketing objectives.
