Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in print and packaging design, as well as hands-on knowledge of layouts and prepress processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from concept to print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across packaging, labels, and marketing collaterals.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrint & Packaging Design

• Design packaging, labels, cartons, and related print materials as per brand and client requirements.
• Develop artwork within approved dielines, ensuring structural and design accuracy.
• Create designs that align with brand guidelines, print constraints, and material specifications.
• Prepare mockups and visual presentations for internal and client approvals.

Layouts & Artwork Adaptations

• Design and execute layouts for brochures, catalogs, inserts, leaflets, POS materials, and other print assets.
• Adapt and resize existing artworks for multiple SKUs, sizes, and formats.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color, and layout across all deliverables.

Prepress & Production Support

• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleeds, trims, color modes, and resolutions.
• Check and correct artworks for prepress issues (fonts, links, overprints, trapping, barcodes, etc.).
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate output and resolve print-related issues.
• Review proofs, color samples, and test prints to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with packaging, production, and marketing teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized artwork files and version control for ongoing and repeat jobs.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in print and packaging design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of prepress, printing processes, materials, and finishes.
• Experience working with dielines, barcodes, color management (CMYK, Pantone).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
