Graphic Designer Cum Ecommerce Officer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented store assistant to take full ownership of our Print-on-Demand stores. You will be responsible for the entire workflow—from researching niches and creating high-quality designs to managing listings and processing orders through various suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Niche & Design: Basic Research trending niches on various Ecom platforms and create original, high-quality designs using tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or AI design software.
• Product Listing: Upload designs to our suppliers (e.g., Printify/Printful), sync them to our stores, and write titles, tags, and descriptions to drive organic traffic.
• Order Management: Monitor the sync between store and our suppliers. Manually process any custom orders or resolve issues immediately.
• Customer Support: Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to all customer inquiries, including tracking updates and handling returns or reprints.

Additional Skills will be helpful:

• Proven experience managing an Ecommerce store.
• Proficiency in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or AI tools).
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research (experience with eRank or Marmalead is a plus).
• Experience with POD platforms like Printify, Printful, or Gelato.
• Excellent written English for customer communication.
