The ideal candidate creates a welcoming atmosphere, manages reservations and waitlists efficiently, and supports smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists accurately
• Communicate wait times clearly and courteously
• Coordinate seating with servers and management
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
• Assist with special guest requests when possible
• Uphold customer service and hospitality standards
• Requirements & SkillsPrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer or reservation system knowledge (a plus)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
