Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Officer located at our Ahmedabad office. The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the implementation of HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and coordinating training and development programs while supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law compliance regulations
• Relevant qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
