Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive


Eligibility: Female Candidates Only

We are seeking a highly organized female professional to manage our core HR operations, office administration, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR & Admin Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, generate payslips, oversee attendance/leave records, and handle day-to-day office administration.
  • Compliance Management: Independently handle calculations and portal submissions for Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT).
  • Employee Engagement & Design: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations. Use Canva to design engaging internal communications, event posters, and announcements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations and Administration.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, and PT portals is strictly required.
  • Proficiency in Canva is mandatory. * Female candidates only.
