Job Description
Human Resources (HR):
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and culture suitable for a startup environment.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and grievance redressal.
- Assist founders in building organizational structure and manpower planning.
- Design appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance review cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory HR requirements.
Administration (Admin):
- Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor management, and facility management.
- Manage company assets, attendance systems, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
- Support founders in daily administrative tasks and coordination with teams.
- Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of the office environment.
