Job Description
HR and Admin Executive
Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office administration, vendor management, and general coordination duties, supporting both people and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Functions:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes.
- Handle documentation and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and assist with conflict resolution.
- Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Share payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Compliance & Records Management
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and employee feedback.
Administrative Functions:
- Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and pantry staff.
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Ensure timely procurement and payment processing.
- Facility Management
- Manage office infrastructure, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and local transport for employees.
- Handle bookings and travel reimbursements.
- Event Coordination
- Organize internal events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Assist in setting up venues, catering, and logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and office management practices.
