Job Description

HR and Admin Executive


Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office administration, vendor management, and general coordination duties, supporting both people and organizational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes.
  • Handle documentation and onboarding of new employees.
  1. Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and assist with conflict resolution.
  1. Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Share payroll inputs with the finance team.
  1. Compliance & Records Management
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  1. Training & Development
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and employee feedback.


Administrative Functions:

  1. Office Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and pantry staff.
  1. Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Ensure timely procurement and payment processing.
  1. Facility Management
  • Manage office infrastructure, equipment, and assets.
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  1. Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and local transport for employees.
  • Handle bookings and travel reimbursements.
  1. Event Coordination
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Assist in setting up venues, catering, and logistics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and office management practices.
