Job Description
- Talent management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions while fostering a positive work environment.
- Policy and compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits packages, and payroll processing.
