·        Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating feedback.

·        Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensure the manpower requirement is in alignment with organizational needs.

·        Coordinate and manage the interview process, schedule interviews, ensure the hiring manager feedback is captured in ATS Software and assist in providing timely feedback to candidates.

·        Act as the point of contact for candidate inquiries and provide timely responses.

·        Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates throughout the offer and negotiation process.

·        Prepare offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and extend job offers to selected candidates.

·        Prepare employee appointment letters and employment agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

·        Ensure all required documentation is completed by new hires, including background checks and verification of credentials.

·        Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are welcomed and provided with the necessary tools and resources.

·        Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

·        Assist with the tracking of employee leave balances, attendance, and other related operational metrics.
