HR Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance across our premium spa and café outlets.

This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building empowered, inclusive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for therapists, managers, and support staff.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
• Assist in drafting HR notices, contracts, and documentation.
