Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, statutory compliance, performance management, and training coordination at the plant level. The role involves working closely with shop floor employees, supervisors, and management to ensure effective HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies and handle walk-ins/interviews at plant.
  • On boarding and induction of new employees.
  • Payroll & Attendance:
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift scheduling.
  • Process payroll data in coordination with the payroll team.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws such as ESI, PF, Factories Act, etc.
  • Liaise with government departments and prepare statutory reports.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Resolve grievances of workers and staff.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  • Foster a positive industrial relations environment.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the appraisal process and KPI tracking.
  • Assist in promotions and increment activities.
  • HR Reporting:

Maintain HR dashboards and submit periodic reports to management
