🔹 Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR Journalist who will manage internal communications, employee engagement content, and employer branding activities. The candidate will be responsible for drafting professional HR-related content and strengthening company communication

Key Responsibilities:

Write and publish HR-related articles, announcements, and newsletters

Prepare job descriptions and recruitment-related content

Cover employee activities, meetings, and engagement programs

Conduct employee interviews and create success stories

Manage internal communication drafts and policy documents

Support employer branding through social media & website content

Coordinate with HR and management team for communication needs

Graduation in Journalism / Mass Communication / HR

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good drafting skills in English (Hindi optional)

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Creative mindset and attention to detail

Knowledge of MS Office
