Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company policies, compliance with labor laws, and development of a positive workplace culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Plan and conduct training and development programs
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and HR metrics
  • Promote employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and workforce planning
  • Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with HR software and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
