Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Handle and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data and recruitment status.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and clients, and follow up for feedback.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Meet hiring targets and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market insights.
