HR Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, company details, and interview schedules
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (0–3 years for entry-level roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to assess candidates effectively
• Time management and organizational skills
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
