HR Recruiter

🔍 Job Role:We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to interviewing, selecting and ensuring successful joining as per company criteria.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Hire eligible candidates for multiple departments as per company requirements
• Source candidates from job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups & references
• Screen CVs & shortlist profiles according to company criteria
• Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews
• Finalize candidates in coordination with department heads
• Ensure selected candidates join on time & complete onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment trackers, follow-ups & interview records
• Handle joining formalities, documents & employee data
• Support management in HR planning & reporting

• 🧠 Requirements:1 – 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring – interview, selection & joining
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong follow-up, coordination & negotiation skills
• Organized, target-oriented & result-driven mindset
