We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will handle recruitment activities and support HR operations related to attendance and HR software.Understanding hiring requirements from different departments.

Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and internal teams

Conducting initial HR interviews and follow-ups

Managing job offers, offer letters, and joining formalities

Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate data

Supporting HR operations related to attendance and HR software

Coordinating onboarding documentation and employee records
