Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, technical, and support roles. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2C Sales, Engineers, Accounts & Back-office roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Issue offer letters and follow up on joining
- Support onboarding documentation
- Work closely with HR Manager for manpower planning
