HR Recruiter

• Talent acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 
• Job creation: Collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs, write job descriptions, and post job openings on various platforms. 
• Sourcing and screening: Using job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates and then screening resumes and applications to identify top talent. 
• Interviewing and selection: Conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and conducting background and reference checks. 
• Candidate management: Managing the candidate database using applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and preparing offer letters and negotiating salaries. 
• Onboarding and support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and acting as a point of contact for their integration into the company. 
• Reporting and analysis: Monitoring recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire. 

Necessary skills and qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field is often required. 
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential. 
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is important.
