- 🔧 Role & Responsibilities:
- 📝 Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- 📞 Arrange & conduct interviews / initial screenings of candidates
- 🔄 Regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding
- 🤝 Coordinate between clients & candidates for smooth placement
- 💻 Prepare & post job descriptions on job portals & social media
- 📋 Maintain recruitment reports & candidate databases
- ✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- 👩 Female candidates only
- 🎓 Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers/IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA (HR)
- 🗓 Experience: Fresher or 6 months – 8 years in Recruitment / Placement
- 🗣 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- 🎯 Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
