Job Description

Job Summary:The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Prepare and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytics for management review.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
