Inside Ass. Sales Manager

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Inside Sales to support our sales team and drive sales for our Valve products and Solution . You'll , develop sales strategies, and work closely with our Engineering , sales and marketing teams.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Preparation All Techno-Commercial offers with support of Technical Team

- Rigorously follow up the quotation and convert lead in to Order.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospects

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies

- Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue

- Support sales reps with training, guidance, and performance feedback

*Experience:*

- 3 to -5 years of experience in inside sales for Valve Industry and related field

- Strong sales track record and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies

- Familiarity with CRM software

*Qualification

Diploma / Degree / B-Tech in Mechanical / MBA
