Inside Sales Executive

INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE (USA SHIFT)

Greenbucks is looking for energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our office-based USA process. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to grow in an international work environment.

As an Inside Sales Executive at Greenbucks, you will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls to US-based customers, understanding their needs, promoting our services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the United States

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Identify customer needs and close sales

• Generate and manage leads using CRM systems

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Follow international sales compliance and company policies

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum qualification: High School / HSC or equivalent

• Experience in international BPO / inside sales is preferred

• Good communication skills in English

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• Basic knowledge of CRM and calling tools is an advantage

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

🕢 Shift Timing: 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM (USA Shift)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

📌 Saturday: Non-working day

📌 If required to work on Saturday, it will be considered a regular working day and no additional payment will be provided

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

• 14,000- 20,000/-per month (Excluding Incentives)
