Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – FMCG (Spices & Export Sales)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in FMCG, preferably in spices, and knowledge of export procedures. The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international B2B sales, generating leads, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring smooth order execution.


Key Responsibilities


:Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through calls, emails, and B2B platforms.

  • Develop new domestic and international clients for spices products.
  • Handle inquiries from distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and importers.
  • Prepare quotations, price negotiations, and proforma invoices.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Export & Documentation

  • Coordinate export orders from confirmation to shipment.
  • Prepare and assist with export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Follow up on export payments (LC, TT, DP, etc.).

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and international buyers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain CRM data and sales reports.
  • Market ResearchIdentify new international markets for spices products.
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends in FMCG spices sector.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (Spices preferred).
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; additional language is a plus).
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience dealing with private labeling/export packaging.
  • Understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
  • Knowledge of international spices market.
