Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and leads from IndiaMART
- Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions
- Coordinate with the dispatch / operations team for order processing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
