Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibility

• Promote and sell raw materials used in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharma and health supplement industry.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, logistics, and customer service.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of pharma/nutraceutical raw materials (APIs, excipients, extracts, etc.)
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
• Ability to travel for client meetings, when necessary
