Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships through phone, email, and online communication channels.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead conversion
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on company requirement)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
