Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales over phone, email, or online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls,
emails, and digital channels Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Good listening and problem-solving skills
