Inside Sales Manager

An Inside Sales Executive (Fluent English) generates revenue by selling products/services remotely (phone, email, video), managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals, all while maintaining strong client relationships and CRM data, requiring excellent persuasive communication, goal-orientation, and product knowledge to meet targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, making outbound calls/emails to generate interest.
• Sales Process: Understand customer needs, present solutions, conduct product demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms.
• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships, provide post-sales support, and upsell/cross-sell.
• CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports on performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing for lead nurturing and strategy, and with other teams for smooth delivery.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
