Insurance Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote all types of insurance products including Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Generate new business through leads, references, and follow-ups

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Handle insurance proposals, documentation, and basic coordination

• Follow up with customers for policy closure and renewals

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company

• Coordinate with insurance companies for smooth policy processing

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales

• Good knowledge of insurance products and sales process

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.)

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in Loans / Banking / Insurance will be preferred
