We are looking for a confident and skilled International BPO Executive with excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, assisting international clients, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining professional standards.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls with international clients (US)

✅ Provide support and resolve customer queries efficiently

✅ Build strong customer relationships through clear and confident communication

✅ Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients

✅ Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets

✅ Document call records and update database accurately

✅ Follow company policies and quality standards

💼 Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

🔹 Confellent listening + problem-solving abilities

🔹 Confident and professional phone etiquette

🔹 Ability to handle pressure and work in night shifts

🔹 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email handling)

🔹 Experience in international BPO is a plus, freshers with strong English can apply
